Assists the Manager, Driver Training and Compliance with training initiatives and training program development. Plays a vital role by providing comprehensive onboarding, quarterly and corrective action trainings. Responsible for ensuring that new drivers have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to safely and effectively operate Commercial Motor Vehicles while complying
