Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years minimum experience of related compensation and benefits experience
- 5 years minimum Total Rewards leadership experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- A deep understanding, developed through experience, of the Compensation & Benefits landscape in a high growth environment
- Demonstrated experience working across highly matrixed organizations that require high levels of influence, relationship-building, and agility to secure necessary support for Total Rewards initiatives
- Demonstrated capability to interact directly with C-level leaders and a track record of delivering presentations to the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee, with ongoing collaboration
- Proven experience developing and continually advancing base and variable pay structure, and health and welfare programs, and administrative guidelines based on business needs and long-range objectives
- Proven experience leading the Total Rewards due diligence and subsequent integration of various types of mergers and acquisitions
