About the role

Travel Healthcare Recruiters are responsible for executing the placement cycle for healthcare customers and orders, particularly within the Travel Healthcare sector. You will focus on cultivating client and clinician relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies, employment laws, and business conduct standards.

Supports the Associate Director in ensuring that financial goals and objectives are met while ensuring full compliance with all Adecco Group policies and procedures. Provides thorough daily performance analyses and may serve as a team lead or escalation point in managerial absence.

What you'll be doing

Sourcing:

  • Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results and modifies as appropriate to meet inventory of needs.
  • Builds successful recruiting strategies of professional skill sets.
  • Analyzes candidates found through prescreening activities and evaluates skills and experience to determine match to inventory needs.

Recruiting:

  • Develops creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in healthcare specialties, to meet customer demands.
  • Develops a network of candidates and maintains an internal database of all qualified current and future candidates.
  • Leverages resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
  • Participates in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders, and allocation of recruiting resources.
  • Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.
  • Extends offer of assignment including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
  • Facilitates Adecco-specific on-boarding process.
  • Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all clients, candidate, and temporary employee interactions via front office system and filing system.
  • Provides Associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities.
  • Develops long term relationships with Associates while on assignment, striving for retention and redeployment.
  • Maintain knowledge of Adecco and Joint Commission standards.

Retention:

  • Coaches' clinicians on enhancement of skills for career development and leverages internal training and development tools.
  • Evaluates customer and Clinician satisfaction via surveys and interviews.
  • Act as a support person throughout the entire assignments of clinical staff you have placed.

Service Delivery:

  • Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors and identifies staffing trends.
  • Provides consultation regarding recommended solutions and strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to better understand clients' specialized needs, maximizes level of service, and encourages relationship building.

Leadership:

  • Performs associate coaching and counseling, investigations, disciplinary action, and employee terminations.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties.
About you

Bachelor's degree in a related field or High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of relevant experience. A minimum of three years of travel healthcare recruiting experience is required. Preferred experience includes five or more years of travel healthcare recruiting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships virtually.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies.
  • Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Salesforce, Bullhorn, TextUs, Canva, and Social Media outlets.
