Job Description

We are seeking Production Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate production equipment and on TPM activities. As a Production Operator, you will be required to:

  • Weigh batches of ink per the process order.
  • Mix batches of ink as directed by the supervisor.
  • Providebatch samples to QC as needed and makeany additions as directed.
  • Properly maintainmixers as directed, including lubrication, and notifythesupervisor of any mechanical defects.
  • Use the required protective equipment (dust mask, gloves, apron, glasses, etc.).
  • Drive an industrial lift truck.
  • Follow safety rules at all times.
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have threemonths of related work experience.
  • Demonstrate good math skills and basic computer skills.
  • Be detail-oriented.
  • Be reliableto work assigned shift.
  • Be flexible to work overtime as required.
  • Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.
  • Be able to perform an active role onmulti-disciplinary teams.
  • Have good attendanceand punctuality.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Forklift experience, but we can train you if you lack experience.
  • Mixing, milland pump filter industry background.
  • Previous experience in the ink industry.
